Nazrona products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a template or prompt pack does not help you, email hello@nazrona.com within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are normally processed within 5 business days after approval.

This plain-language policy is intended to reduce purchase risk. It does not replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

For Australian customers, this guarantee sits alongside any rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

If a finance, tax, or property template has a formula issue or does not match its product description, include the product name, order email, and a short note about the problem so Nazrona can fix, replace, or refund it.
