Is this a subscription?
No. Every Nazrona product is pay-once. You buy the file, download it, and own it forever - no monthly fee, no renewal. While the shop is in pre-launch, product pages collect launch-list emails only.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Every template is an .xlsx file that opens in Excel and imports cleanly into Google Sheets. Formulas and dashboards carry over unless a product page states otherwise.
Does it work on Mac and PC?
Yes. The files are standard spreadsheets with no macros required, so they open on Mac, Windows, and in any browser via Google Sheets.
Is this another AI prompt scam?
No. AI helps us draft structure faster, but every product is refined, tested, and documented by a human before sale - and backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Is it complicated to set up?
No. Each tool comes with a quick-start guide and sample data filled in. Most people are up and running in about ten minutes.
What if I do not like it?
Email us within 30 days and we will refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. No hoops.
Will I get updates?
If we improve a product you bought while your download link is active, the link will point to the current file. If your link has expired, email hello@nazrona.com and support can re-issue access where appropriate.
Can my whole team use it?
Each purchase is a single-user licence. Team use is not self-serve yet; email us with how many people need access and we will confirm the right licence manually.
Can I get help choosing the right template?
Absolutely. Tell us your trade and the admin problem you are solving and we will point you to the right tool - or tell you honestly if we do not have it yet.
Are there team licences?
Yes, on request. The default licence covers one user; email us for manual multi-seat pricing before buying for multiple people.
